The review is for Saturday July 20, 2024 at between 10:40 pm 11 pm to 11:22 pm everything was going well, they took our order, it should be noted that they didn't even bring us chips or salsa... at least the drinks arrived quickly and the The food arrived on time (the food tasted very good) here the problem was that our waitress never approached us to ask if everything was okay, or if we needed another drink... NOTHING! On the other hand, the other waitress attended to their tables well. The time to pay AUUUUNN didn't even come close to us having to get up to pay (the place didn't have that many tables at that time). Please be more attentive to your tables, customer service is being lost.
Very bad experience, first time there we were invited by a client, there we were a group of 15 people, the food was served in many pauses when they served the last 2 people and the first ones had finished eating ? it took a while for the waitress to bring the last bucket of beers, the waitress singing karaoke and us waiting. And did the person who was running the karaoke show a lot of favoritism towards certain clients or friends? We went for the karaoke but it didn't work but that is if the waitress kept more than 125.00 tip WE WILL NEVER RETURN AND WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT. ????
I requested that my shrimp be peeled, but the staff mixed everything up and served me shrimp that was hard and unappetizing. The second waitress seemed indifferent and had a bad attitude. I felt deeply insulted by the meal I received, and it made me want to cry. Despite this experience, they still charged me $106. I always leave a good tip, but after this treatment, I refused to leave one. The service was terrible, and the food took an eternity to arrive. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
We were seated right away, but waited a while till someone attended us. The amount of chips they gave us for 2 people seemed like for a small child. Not even water was given to us like other restaurants. I asked the server for salsa when the food arrived, she literally started organizing amd forgot about me. Very poor service. Food was okay, not the best or worth recommending.

The truth is that it is not recommended either for making orders by phone or for takeout, they left me waiting for 10 minutes and then they hung up on me, I kept dialing and with a bad attitude they answered me, I decided to go and place the order and the tacos are not good, the meat is tough, but well I don't recommend them because of the bad experience
The food was amazing the only reason it might take long it’s because it’s so busy but that’s the only thing In saturday they bring out karaoke and it’s so fun they sometimes bring out comedians too to have a nice laugh while eating will definitely come back Parking: The only reason there might not be parking it’s because it’s too busy sometimes
We came here today with a colleague from work for breakfast and were surprised by the extremely friendly staff and promptly service. Food was excellent, I had chilaquiles Morelos “best of Chicagoland”. I absolutely will come back with family and friends. I tried the “tacos al pastor” mmm, mouth watering….
I visited the restaurant today around 3:30 PM. I ordered the chicken enchiladas with mole rojo, while my husband had the steak taco dinner. We absolutely loved the food and the generous portion sizes! Everything was delicious! The staff was friendly and attentive as well.

The taco meat was tough and difficult to chew, lacking flavor. The tortillas were also hard. Both types of meat I tried, the pastor and the steak, were disappointing.
Food was not good it was dry. Also the menu said I get a can pop with lunch special and I didn’t get it. Will not be back wish I got tacos
