Over the past few years visiting this Chick-Fil-A, the quality of service has been deteriorating more and more. Make sure to budget extra time or check your bag for missing items because you’ll experience an issue with at least one of these each time you go now. Especially when you redeem reward points cause I’ve ended up not receiving those items on multiple occasions. I’ve been going to Chick-Fil-A for many years and have seen better consistency in quality versus this here. Hopefully they can get things back on track soon.
The peach milkshake was perfectly made, thick and not watery. The hashbrown was hot and delicious. However, the breakfast chicken minis weren't as fresh as expected at 9am. Out of the four that came with the meal, three of the chicken nugget pieces were old, with darker discoloration and were hard and dry. The bread on all four was also a bit dry, lacking the moist, buttery texture I'm used to.
The Chick-fil-A employee who took my order at the drive-thru was attentive and listened well, which is always a plus at drive-thrus. The service was fast and efficient. They double-checked my order to ensure everything was correct, which it was. Since it was a breakfast order, all the staff members had wonderful smiles and positive attitudes, which was an additional bonus.
My daughter chose chick filet for her 6th birthday dinner so she could play in the play area. Play area is closed and they had zero carbonated drinks. All the tables were super dirty and sticky. Looks like this location is lacking in good management. The location wasn’t even busy while we were there.

An order by Uber Eats then called place to ask them to send sauces, most of my order got except for a meal and no sauces. Called Location spoke to mgr and he said no problem that I delivered your meal to you. The meal comes here, but no drink. How hard is it to get an order right.
Fast, efficient, and top-notch quality. I consistently use the mobile app for its convenience and great rewards program. My orders are always prepared perfectly and delivered quickly, with minimal wait time. This restaurant is truly excellent.
Are the employees rude to everyone or just DoorDashers? Totally unacceptable for a Chick fil a. The older woman working by the takeout order area is very rude and has No customer service skills whatsoever. If you need a manager I’m available.
The food was good, the atmosphere was nice family-oriented not loud, the young lady who took our order seemed disturbed never gave us eye contact, never smiled and we had to go back to ask for the conditions we had asked.

One side of eggs this morning just to find out that they have mold on them. I'm so disappointed. I wouldn't expect that from Chick Fil A.
