I had a great experience at this restaurant, especially since I have celiac disease and need to be careful with what I eat. Although they couldn't guarantee my safety, I called ahead and they assured me they could accommodate my dietary restrictions. The new cashier was still learning the ropes, but their trainer was quick to assist them. The trainer was friendly, patient, and understanding. The entire staff was very welcoming and attentive.
Fries were soggy. I called to report the fries and the manager Jolice didn't even offer to replace the fries with fresh ones. Since when did professional courtesy cease? Your establishment fails to properly check their product(s) before passing them on to a consumer and as a manager you do not offer to rectify the situation? Will not be returning to the Rossmoor location. Smh

The food at this restaurant is delicious and the staff is excellent. However, I had to wait a long time for my order because the woman behind the counter was chatting with her friend while the line continued to get longer. Another employee eventually took my order.
I love how they are as fast and efficient. this place is newer, but they have it down. good food, nice staff, easy to reach through. 5 stars because they are brilliant!
As usual, helpful courteous staff. Good food too. One of the few places in Rosmoor Los Al Cypress area that open until 10pm. ????
The crews working the drive-through are cool. The sandwiches are a little too plain, the buns need a lot of help.
