Sushi Ai gave us a fantastic experience. We decided to celebrate a birthday there with sushi and drinks, and everything was fresh and elegantly presented. The waitstaff were friendly and attentive. To wrap up our evening, we enjoyed a delightful birthday dessert—Tempura Banana with ice cream—made just for us! It was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!
This is my favorite sushi restaurant! On my last two visits to California, I enjoyed meals there twice. Don't miss the asparagus appetizer—it's amazing! Everything else on the menu is also worth trying. The service is perfectly balanced: friendly yet not overbearing. All in all, it's a charming and trendy place!

This is my favorite sushi place in Long Beach. The service is great and the fish is super fresh and beautifully prepared. I try to go once a week and it's always delicious. Highly recommended!
