Like almost every CF location i've ever been to, there was line at the drive-tru, but it moved quickly. So quickly, in fact, that I was AT LEAST the 10th car from the front when I pulled into the drive-thru lane. It was approximately 935pm. They closeat 10pm(one of the few locations that close that late). I had my childrens orders to make as well as my own. My daughter sent mea screen shot from her chick-fil-a mobile app with her order created on it. It gave me the idea to download the mobile app andsee if i could get the order placed and go inside for pickup before a got to the drive-thru speaker. Apparently they give no refills for drive through customers. I received a drive through re fill beforeehere (03937). I spoke to Alexis the manager she was snappy and unprofessional. This is not my first time having a bad experience at this chick fil a.They need re training for their employees. I asked for the store policy and they dont have one for their customers. I'm highlydissatisfied and disappointed in their business.
Excellent food, service and atmosphere. It was a gorgeous evening after visiting my oldest at college for her upcoming birthday, and on the way home decided to stop in to grab a quick bite. We decided to sit outside and enjoy the cooler temps, and the food was brought out quickly, and was very fresh. Terrible service. The man at the drive-thru took my order, but when I got to the window, they tried to charge me again. I checked my credit card app and showed them that I had already been charged. They insisted that my order never came through, so I had to pay again. I left and will dispute the charge if it goes through. The manager was rude and unpleasant.

I absolutely love this location! The food is consistently hot and fresh. It definitely surpasses the Foundry Row location in terms of both food and service. This Chick-fil-A reminds me of how the food used to taste—much better back in the day! I highly recommend checking this place out!
They always choose the most convoluted parking and drive thru. Ate inside so that the Munchkin could use the play ground. I forgot to skip the fries, they are never hot. I will only go when I have the Little with me. Service was pleasant. Bathroomneeded attention
Polite and curious. Only issue is the Drive-through long wait. Not because of poor service. Because a lot of people don't want to get out there cars. Oh, clean in the inside.
Fries were old, cold and disgusting..when that is the only thing that you order you want them to be decent…definitely will not return despite the outside staff being
