The food was delicious, but it took more than an hour to receive it. I placed my order over the phone and was told it would take 25 minutes. When I arrived at the designated time, I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes. I only ordered 12 wings and 2 waffles. When I got there, there were 4 staff members, but 2 of them left before I received my order. I’m not sure if their shifts ended, but there were still plenty of people waiting for their meals. The inside of the restaurant was a bit uncomfortably warm and quite loud, which made it hard for the staff to call out names without shouting. Perhaps this was just an isolated incident, but I probably won’t be coming back.
I ordered takeout for dinner and had a fantastic experience. The food was tasty, deserving a solid 4 out of 5. Each dish was full of flavor, and the portion sizes were generous. The service was outstanding, with friendly staff who made sure my order was accurate and ready on time, which earns them a well-deserved 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also warm and welcoming, making it ideal for a casual dining experience, so I rate that a 5 as well. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a delicious takeout meal!
The food is incredible! However, the service leaves much to be desired. On Saturday afternoon, August 5, 2023, there was only one person working, which is unfair to both customers and the staff member. I understand why he was so curt over the phone. To add to the experience, last Saturday, July 30, 2023, the waitress who attended to me had a terrible attitude. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3.
I ordered fried okra and small fries, but I had to wait 54 minutes for my order. The fries were terrible, and the okra was tough. My friend ordered wings, which were soggy and overcooked. I dined at this restaurant yesterday evening, and unfortunately, my experience was not enjoyable. The cashier had a rather unfriendly demeanor, and the food was quite underwhelming. The food here is truly exceptional—everything is so tasty and fresh! However, they could improve their customer service. They're often quite busy, which is a positive sign for the restaurant, but it can sometimes lead to longer wait times.
The wings were delicious, and I really enjoyed them. The service was good, but I wouldn’t rate it a full 5 stars. I'm being more selective with my top ratings these days, so I think 4 stars is more fitting for most places.
