This place used to be so good and it is so sad that it no longer holds itself up to the same standards. About 8 years ago this was one of the best Italian joints in Illinois. I went here with my wife recently and the food and drinks were really reallybad. The salad was loaded with dressing to the point of almost being soup. My spaghetti and meatballs were flavorless and gross.I literally would rather eat aldis boxed pasta and jarred sauce any day. There was also a plastic piece in my meatball from themeat packaging used when mixing the meat in the kitchen. Complete waste of money and terrible experience. In March 2021, my boyfriend and I celebrated our one-year anniversary of living in Tinley Park by dining at Isabella's to support local businesses. The wine was outstanding, and the lobster ravioli in lemon cream sauce was delightful. My boyfriend also loved his rigatoni with braised Italian sausage. Our entrees were served hot, and the service was excellent. Before our meals, we enjoyed warm bread and butter. The ambiance was pleasant, and we were seated right away, even during St. Patrick's Day weekend (Saturday). We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!
My boyfriend and I love Italian! Him being from the area (and I not) he loves to take me all the local Italian places I loved this place! From how beautiful the outside/deck area was to the paintings on the walls, to the lighting inside. I loved how quaint it was, they weren't busy at all, so it was a very lovely dinner. 1st time here.. And very disappointed. Order the fried calamari and I should have left right than! $17.95 for fake calamari is very upsetting. This place is amazing! The outdoor tables are beautiful, and the food was so delicious that I felt like I was in Europe for a moment. The staff is very friendly and genuinely cares about the restaurant and its customers. I even thought they were family members who owned the place. I absolutely loved it!
