When I asked her to address me by my name, she refused and said she could call me whatever she wanted. I think if I make an effort to know someone's name, they should do the same in return. After this incident, I was told to clock out and go home. As I was leaving, she yelled something at me. I’m relieved I decided to leave, as I would have confronted her otherwise.

One of the saddest orders I have ever received from Chicken E. The tenders are more like Nuggets with the size. The breading is sparse and and as crunchy as the fat off a steak. And to top it all off they aren 't even fresh. $22 i could have spent anywhrre else. Wouldn 't feed these to my dog. 1/10 Avoid this location at all costs
Consistently poor service at the drive thru. Drinks are often up-sized to a size that can only be called a bucket, for an extra charge, without asking if you want it. When the massive cup is refused a smaller beverage is given but a refund for the charge is not.
This place used to be great. They have reduced the size of the gravy and now want to charge you for an adequate amount. Prices in tenders have pretty much doubled over the past 6 months and the no longer accept any coupons. What a joke!

First time visiting this location on 12/29/23 and the costumer service here was amazing! From the person taking my order at the drive thru to the person greeting me at the window. Very sweet young ladies. Thank you for your kindness.
The doors are always locked, so you can’t dine in at all. The staff is rude, and my food was cold. I ended up going to Whataburger for some hot food where I could actually eat.
I ordered the same dishes: chicken and okra, along with a drink, and it came to $22.79. At that price, I might as well have gone to a steakhouse.
The French fries were soggy as could be. I ordered half spicy and half regular and got 7 dwarf chicken nuggets with no spicy at all.
