I checked out Chicken factory since it's a recent new restaurant near my job. I was so disappointed with the food, and the length of time it took to get it. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked in very OLD oil, absolutely awful flavor, the fries were drenched in oil from the chicken being thrown into the container, the coleslaw lid had popped off because of the heat from the chicken and the slice of cake I purchased was so stale, basically the cake (FROM SWEET HOUSE BAKERY) was DRY with no flavor and let me emphasize DRY. The restaurant had a t.v on with high volume and it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!! I went based on the reviews but honestly have no idea...

I've visited a few times and first of all Benita gives great customer service which is hard to find, the food I've had was fresh and tasty, the cakes are better than the others in the area and the place is clean and smells good. I definitely recommend them!
The chicken had gone bad, it was spoiled, I had to throw it away! And the fish nuggets lacked fish. It was like it was fish skin with a lot of breading. I won't eat here again. There's no way you can sell spoiled chicken unknowingly. Totally unacceptable.

We ordered liver and they fried the liver so hard we could not eat it. A waste of food. I was told it is nothing they can do.
My food was still hot when it arrived and it was fresh the key is to get food when the restaurant first opens for the day
Chicken was basically perfect! Took awhile to get it out the kitchen cuz they cook it fresh but the wait was worth it.
