I ordered takeout from here today, and it was a great experience! I had the lemon-basil chicken salad on a croissant, which was a generous-sized croissant filled with a delightful chicken salad that had just the right balance of lemon and basil, topped with fresh lettuce and tomato. I opted for the seasonal spinach salad with ranch dressing as my side, but the croissant sandwich was so filling that I was able to save my salad for later—two meals in one! The meal also included a perfectly portioned buttercream cookie, which I definitely did not save for later—it was too delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try more items from the menu!
This restaurant is truly a standout in the area! I absolutely loved my experience here on my first visit, and it did not disappoint. As someone who enjoys spicy food, I found the jalapeño holly sandwich to be an excellent choice. I also tried the Buffalo chicken salad, which was another hit. The restaurant is quite spacious, featuring outdoor seating and plenty of parking options. They have a convenient area for quick pickup of meals for later or for purchasing items in bulk. It seems they also excel at catering.
It has taken me awhile to come here. I've now been here twice in a week. Counter personnel are always welcoming, and helpful. They offer samples of chicken salad so you can decide which you want with your meal. In addition to the chicken salad, their potato soup is tasty with chunks of potato. I also tried the grape salad which was good but very sweet. Try the pick two or three. It gives good variety. Restaurant is clean and well lit. Busy but the line moves quickly.
The gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful in explaining the menu, especially since it was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick. I later learned it was only his fourth day on the job, and I told him he was doing an excellent job—he seemed like a seasoned employee! The restaurant was clean and very inviting. The food was good; I only tried the classic chicken salad, which was straightforward but tasted fresh.

I really loved the chicken saucers. The recipe was well fed and perfected. It is cold, but freshly served. The pages, could use some help with taste and spices. I had the chicken soup. It was okay. I definitely want to come back and buy more chicken saucers. TLDR: mainly American restaurants. AKA white people eat. But even if you're not aware, you might like it like me!

WOW!!!! It was so good I neglected to take pics. I also had my daughter and granddaughter with me which is pleasantly distracting. Everyone enjoyed their meals. They do give samples of the chicken salad which truly helped in our decisions. I recommend their strawberry lemonade mixed with tea and SAMPLE!
A great place for lunch that really meets the place! You have a lot of different choices for the chicken salad, I only have the classic and it was delicious. I took myself and it was a good part for a reasonable price. They were really fast, even though I was packed when I picked up.

Several different varieties of chicken salad. The pasta side is good. My only complaint is the 'spicy ' variety has minimal heat.
It was my first time. It was great, I'll definitely order it again.
