Accessing and exiting the plaza where the restaurant is located was a bit tricky due to limited entry points onto the main roads. However, once I was able to place my order in-store, things became a bit clearer. I think everyone experiences a bit of confusion the first time they order there. It remains somewhat bewildering, but it’s easier to navigate in person.
They offer a variety of chicken salad styles, though I didn't count exactly how many there were. Unfortunately, many options were unavailable when I visited, which was disappointing. The staff explained that this was due to a promotion where they had given away free samples of salads the day before.

My spouse I arrived around 6:30 p.m. and I was pleased to find out my sandwich choice was still available--Lauryn's Lemon Basil. They were out of some salads so asked about seasonal salad what was in it. Person taking our order could only tell me it had spinach in it. I had to ask her to find out what else was in it from another employee. (Note: I had to make suggestion to inquire with other staff for more information. After placed our orders we got our drinks then sat down to await our orders. Once orders delivered to our table, noticed only top of sandwich was cut in half. Seems this place is not like it used to be. The girl at the counter does not know the menu. Husband ordeted a Japenano Holly and made it a trio . I ordered Cranberyy Kelly and grape salad and ADD chips. When I looked at the receipt, it was wrong. No ,make it a trio . She did not listen to him ordering. THEIR loss of an additional $2.49. My sandwich did not have much chicken salad. Very thin layer. Tadte was good but the amount was not.Very disappointing. His had a heaping amount. It 's just a little odd on consistency .
Surprisingly good. When my friend suggested it, I originally was skeptical because I mean it's chicken salad, right? What could be so special about it? I was wrong tbh. It's very good and I have gotten food here plenty of times and it's always good and fresh. I especially recommend the broccoli salad as it was the perfect balance. Not too sweet, not too creamy, but absolutely perfect. If you get a sandwich, I recommend getting it with a croissant. The bread is good as well but the croissant sends it to the next level.

I arrived at the drive-thru and was greeted by a very friendly employee both at the speaker and at the window. I ordered a fruity Fran on toasted wheat, along with a side of fresh fruit and a large sweet tea. The bread was perfectly toasted and warm, while the chicken salad was incredibly tasty, and the fruit was fresh as well. The tea was enjoyable too—unlike some places, it didn’t have a metallic taste. I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try!

The Chicken Salad Chick truly excels in their offerings. They have 12 distinct flavors of chicken salad as well as various healthy food options. The cookies are also exceptional. Additionally, the staff is genuinely friendly and welcoming. It’s definitely one of the best new restaurants in Evansville.
The restaurant offers a fantastic selection of chicken salads to suit every taste. If you enjoy a bit of spice, I highly recommend the Kickin' Kay Lynne. The restaurant is clean, and the service is both quick and polite. As a nice touch, every meal includes a delightful little cookie.

The mini chicken salad croissant platter was absolutely delicious! I particularly loved the Sassy Scotty flavor. The croissants were incredibly fresh and flavorful. Plus, the customer service was fantastic!
I appreciate the variety! The spicy pimento cheese is absolutely delicious. Both the broccoli cheddar soup and potato soup make a great complement to any chicken salad selection.
