? I was afraid of this day and it came a lot sooner than I expected. I knew that when I spoke so highly of anything or anyone, something.. something would be brought to light. It 's not fair that Chick-fil-A charges the exact price of a whole other sandwich if you get double meat. I don 't make it a habit of order an extra meat on this specific type of sandwich due to the normal nature of its thickness. But this time and some others it 's actually twice as thin and could actually use a little extra meat. Customer is not always right. But I really feel like in this case I definitely should have been right maybe even just hardened due to the fact that nobody asked maybe to look at my sandwich...
What is going on at this chick fila location. Manager pls do something about this employee Landon. We have been to the drive true 3x and all 3 times we get him, he always takes our order wrong and today I was disappointed because once again he didn?tapply the correct reward and we got charged for it. Then they forgot to give us our drinks . Then we noticed that our kids mealwas missing his fries. This has been a very disappointing place for us to come and eat. It?s the closest Chick fil a available,but it?s not worth the headache every single time. Definitely go to another chick fil a and save yourself the aggravation ofgetting the wrong order or missing food.
I visited this restaurant while shopping and ordered two Cobb salads with grilled chicken. However, when I got home, I discovered they had given me baked chicken instead of grilled. Additionally, they forgot to include the paprika toppings I had requested. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, Morgan, to report the mix-up, but I haven't received any resolution yet.
Best grilled chicken sandwich in town. Fresh everytime. Went thru the drive thru. 6 minutes from order to pick-up. Fresh, hot sandwich, all of our food was cook to order. It's a little pricey but worth the extra cost. Always friendly staff. From the person taking my order to the person giving me my food, they always smile, and are very polite. Always a great experience.

Used to come here pretty frequently. Ive had the same breakfast order for years. As of today I was told I can?t ask for well done(crispy) hash browns, but can have them fresh. I received neither crispy or fresh hash browns. I?ve literally ordered the same thing for years so I will not be back.

I often go to this Chick-fil-A location and always have a great experience with both the service and the food! I eat at Chick-fil-A at least once a week and have visited various locations, but this one is by far the quickest and most dependable.
