if this was the first time that this tussi would have screwed me into the food order, I would have let it be pushed. but unfortunately this seems to be the norm in this special load. I have visited this place all the time, but they obviously don't need my business or take care of what I've paid. this is not a rocket science that I have paid for 2 value times, only to get all sides, but only a sandwich. Today, I purchased three meals on June 8, 2022, at 8:25 PM. The bag was torn when I opened the door, and the potatoes fell on the floor. I ended up buying new potatoes. However, the young man at the counter noticed the situation and didn't charge me for the new potatoes, which I really appreciated. I want to commend the staff for their kindness. I also extend my congratulations to the management of the company. Thank you very much!
This is the worst Chick-fil-A dining area I’ve ever eaten in. The lighting is dim. The main door ALWAYS has smudges and fingerprints and today the trash was overflowing. 1/2 the seating has been taken away for storage. It’s weird. The kid place hasn’t been open for two years and they have paper blocking it out. It’s tacky. Who even franchises this location is not holding their store up to the standards other restaurants have.
Service was great, the missing star was for the quality of the food. We went around 9:10pm and they ran out of mac and cheese which we didn't mind substitution for fries but the chicken filets were a bit dry and hard something they have never had happen when we order. Maybe it was an off day for them.

The restaurant was quite busy during lunch. I navigated through a maze of lanes. There were many employees managing orders while staying in communication. It was a bit confusing, but given the number of cars in line, the service was surprisingly efficient.
Really? I ordered a cup of coffee and they gave me cold coffee. I returned it and asked for hot one. They apologized and got it brewed while I waited for about 15 minutes. I enjoyed my hot coffee. Thank you very much.

Fast and friendly. They did mess up my salad dressing request but during the lunch rush anything can happen. Everything is always fresh
