I order the same breakfast at Chick-fil-A every day, but today they suddenly told me they couldn't substitute the yellow egg for egg whites. When I asked about it, they got a bit snippy. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Too busy very slow to get your order food was wrong. Customer service was good but was a pain to have to go back in and get corrected after waiting so long to order and get the food in the first place.
I know a lot of people really like Chick-fil-A including my kids and grandkids. The three stars are for them. They would have given five. I have tried them over and over. Each time they are mediocre.
The restaurant is always busy, but the takeout line moves quickly. The staff is friendly, and they offer vegetarian options like salads. Book a table now
I visited the Hanover, PA location, and my fries were burnt and had a taste of stale oil. The grilled chicken was tough and overcooked.
I don’t know what happened today, but the chicken nuggets were bomb! I just had to say something about it!
