I'm not a big fan of chick-fil-a in general. This location is a little bit different because it is located in the hospital. The sandwiches are made and then put into a heat lamp box for you to grab. Even though their setup is a little different, the sandwich end up tasting about the same as any other chick-fil-a. One of the reasons I'm not a big fan of chick-fil-a is because I find their waffle fries to be bland. Overall this is an OK place if you want to grab a fried chicken sandwich. I wouldn't get there little nuggets, even though they appear to be made of quality chicken, the pieces are small.
The attitude of the young girl at the register was uncalled for, and she refused to give me two extra sauces when I asked. I would think that a chick fil a at a hospital would have nice people on the register but apparently not. I’d rather not get attitude when I’m already in the hospital so I will not be going there anymore.
You’d think that a hospital would be the perfect setting for Chik-fil-a’s signature friendly service. But the majority of the staff are rude, unfriendly or incompetent. Simple orders like “half sweet, half unsweet tea” confound the cashiers. No refills and they’re usually out of something.
This is a clean and family friendly environment with yummy food! There is nothing like a good hot chick-fil-a original sandwich! i am currently loving the new Cobb salad!

Slow! Friendly staff but poorly run. Shocked Chic fil a alows their name to be associated with it. Waited over 15 minutes for basic order.
Not as good as other Chick-fil-As I think because of the location. Things didn't taste as fresh.
