The staff is awesome and caring. Last year I bought my child lunch to bring to her school. I remember being in such a hurry hoping I would not miss her lunch time. Made it right on time. When I noticed they forgot to put in the fries, I was aggravated bc then I was worried about her having enough to eat until she returned home. I called and spoke with manager on duty.(was guy, can't remember his name) but without hesitation he asked' where are u? We will be right there. And they were. She had time to finish her lunch and other moms know theres not alot of time to eat. Thank you Chick Fil A and the manager who's name slipped my mind.
Today, I-12 was closed at exit 59 due to icy road conditions. The state police directed all the trucks to leave the highway and park at a nearby shopping center. While I was waiting, I heard a knock on my door, and to my surprise, Chick-fil-A employees were distributing free food to all of us truckers. It really touched me to see such kindness in action. I had heard about gestures like this but never expected to experience it myself. Thank you, Chick-fil-A! You truly embody southern hospitality!
My daughter and I wanted to say thank you to the kindness of the person that 'paid it forward ' for us today! We had just returned from a college tour/interview/audition at Southeastern Louisiana University and were so hungry. (We didn 't eat in the morning because we thought we would get a lunch break. The staff here is incredibly friendly and the service is impressively quick. Even on the busiest days, they managed to get my order correct and find me a seat! This place truly sets a high standard for 'fast food.'
