Did a pickup order tonight. Actually said I was there 10 min before arriving. Waited 25 more min. while customer after customer were ripping the poor kids apart that were working. Clearly the shift leader (very young kid) was doing the best he could but was Clearly not trained to give direction. He ditched the front to make nuggets in the back. While the others took the blunt of being yelled . I've been a restaurant manager for 17 years . I truly felt sorry for these kids and why the managers of the restaurant actually left them in this situation.
What can I even complain about from Chickfila? Absolutely nothing. They are the fastest, kindest, consistent, and show the most courtesy of any fast food restaurant that we frequently spend our money at. We almost always order our food on the app for time and convenience. We have never been disappointed by our food or service. Very happy that we have such a great kid friendly restaurant to go too with healthy options. The only place I eat at monroe mall except red bowl
Wanted something different. So I got and 8 piece nugget and waffle fries. Lady at counter ask me if I wanted any sauce? went with the honey mustard. Have to say, that I do not prefer to eat chicken. but my lunch was good. And the sweet tea, was actually sweet. so no complaints from me. 5 IMHO.
I was here on Black Friday. The young lady that helped me was Gabrielle (I believe) She was so positive and had such a warm demeanor on a really busy day. Food was great as usual, but I wanted to commend her on her beyond pleasant and sweet attitude.

I don't really have a problem with this location except for the waffle fries. The fries just never taste right and when they do get it right, it taste good and that's very rare.
Kinda disappointed this go round I ended up leaving without food because I couldn't figure out the line and no one was helping direct all the traffic kinda overwhelmed me.
Service is kinda slow. I ordered the 12 pc nuggets and somehow for chicken strips. Had to wait longer for my change than I did for the wrong food.
Good only thing missing was the fries and the price was ridiculous I paid the same price for a combo that I did not get
