**Long version:** I visited this restaurant with my girlfriend, who had been here once before and claimed it was good. We were pretty hungry, so I figured that even if the food wasn’t great, I could at least satisfy my hunger. Upon entering, we spotted birria tacos on the menu, leading my girlfriend to ask if they served the accompanying dipping soup. The staff member assured her that they did. Placed online order set time 2 pick up n when arrived no order in their system 3 different girls came 2 window 2 ask if order was under another name at this point I 'll go inside I told the ignorant disrespectful girl that said I had an attitude like whatttt because at this point my order is obviously not ready I can go in n I have an attitude cause i just said i would go in n then ask if i was good I 'd say that was very rude of urself don 't work with customers if u don 't know how 2 serve without attitude rant over ur a jerk i couldn 't get my food!! To the owner cause of this unpleasant young lady u lost out on $32 n a nasty review put ur employees in plzzzz
I'm not sure why the owners seem to neglect this place. The soda machine is constantly out of order, the staff is rude and unwelcoming, and the food in the warming trays was dried out and looked unappetizing. The chicken lacked seasoning and was served in large, unappealing chunks. The restaurant was also quite dirty—it's as if the front door hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Chido used to be a great spot for fresh food, and they are usually busy. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of oversight. This used to be my favorite restaurant, but I think I’m done with it.
Went there tonight. Have been going there for years. Well over a hundred times. Today was overcharged. 3 entrees about $11.50 a piece and a 2 drinks should equal around $39.85 plus taxes $42.49ish. Was charged $47 and change. About $4-$5 extra was tacked on somewhere. Asked and she read off 3 entrees and 2 drinks. As there was a line didn't want to argue as it didn't seem like a manager was around and most the current employees don't seem to give a squat like in years past. FYI, ask for a receipt and verify. Will think about going there again in the future.

The food was decent, but the seating had no cushioning, which was quite disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested, and there were no smiles to be found. The atmosphere was dark, dirty, and dreary, making for a very uncomfortable experience; my back started to hurt just sitting there. Overall, it felt like a joke. I wouldn’t recommend going here.
