Chili's never disappoints! Even during these challenging times, they consistently provide hot and delicious food. We ordered the Appetizer Trio, which included buffalo wings, blossom petals, and southwestern egg rolls. We also opted for the 2 for $25 menu, which comes with an appetizer, two full-sized entrées, and one dessert—such a great deal! We chose the loaded Texas fries, bacon chicken ranch quesadillas, and chicken fajitas, finishing off with cheesecake for dessert. Everything was flavorful, excellently packaged, and served hot.
Update 3/27/22: We returned for another meal, and this experience was much better. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken enchilada soup and a bacon burger with fries, and everything tasted excellent. Our server was very friendly, and the service was smooth, even with a limited number of employees. We made an effort to be patient and understanding, and we had a great time during this visit.
I ordered the honey chicken crispers, but they arrived plain instead of tossed in the honey chipotle sauce and without any dipping sauce. The egg rolls weren't cut, making them difficult to manage, and one of the four tenders was so chewy that it seemed severely undercooked. I've typically had a great experience at this Chili's, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case this time.
The soup was missing potatoes, which is my favorite part. The lemonade tasted more like water with a flavor packet than anything refreshing, and the chicken wasn't fully cooked. Additionally, the broccoli was overcooked.

I hadn't visited a Chili's in nearly 17 years, and I was pleasantly surprised to see how much the restaurant has improved. The service we received was the best I've experienced in a long time at any restaurant.

Burger was charred (ordered pink), salad was flavorless, tenders were missing the fries and the rice was crunchy raw.
The pasta didn't have any cheese, and the noodles were undercooked.
