Chili's Grill - Table reservation

Food was overcooked. Staff appeared to be very new and couldn't answer any questions about Happy Hour specials. Didn't ask us how our food was, if we wanted more drinks...nothing. it wasn't that crowded, but definitely one of the worst service experiences that I've encountered. Not expecting to return.

We arrived around 7:50 didn’t get our appetizer or food till an hour a half later. My husband his friend got their food first I still had to wait 20 more minutes to get my food. All of our food was cold. The beer was really hot they forgot to give us several items. Terrible service

eating is very good. I like it very much, but the service is lousy. I waited more than an hour for my order and they brought it cold and incomplete. many paintings, but this time it was deadly at the end I came back so cold

great service. great food. fun environment. the personal was amazing and fulfilled all our needs.
