Regarding my salad, it was quite unappealing, as it featured a significant amount of spoiled lettuce. The kitchen should not have served it. I'm also not a fan of bagged lettuce, as it tends to have a chemical taste.
On a brighter note, our server Adam was friendly and attentive, which was refreshing. I recognize that it's tough to find quality staff these days, but it seems they are having difficulty filling the hostess position with someone competent. Overall, the experience was merely mediocre. Chili's really needs to improve.
The food was decent. I ordered the nacho appetizer for $10, which came with very little meat and just a small dollop of sour cream. Although they tasted fine, they definitely weren't worth the price. My family and I also ordered a second dish of chips, but we were caught off guard by the $5.29 charge. It would have been helpful to have been informed about that before we dug in. If you decide to visit this place, be sure to ask about the prices before anything is served at your table.
I had dinner with my son the other evening, and Chilis is my guilty pleasure when it comes to chain restaurants. It had been a few years since our last visit. I always end up eating way too many chips and salsa! My margarita was just as delicious as I remembered. The food was good, but to be honest, I mostly go for the chips, salsa, guacamole, and margaritas! Our server was fantastic—she was attentive, helpful, and always had a smile on her face.
I used to love ordering their chips and salsa for takeout, but it's just not worth it anymore. It used to cost around $3 for a generously sized bag of chips and a good portion of salsa. Now, the price has gone up to over $5, and the salsa is only half the size it used to be. At this rate, it will soon be the size of a Dixie cup! I've made up my mind—I won't be ordering that again. I'll just make my own salsa from now on; I don't need theirs.

Excellent food! Good service. Friendly, kind, fast, congenial and knowledgable staff. Handicapped accessible. Close parking. Bathrooms fairly close to the front. Booths and tables. Clean restaurant inside and out. Average prices. Ribs, fries, chicken fingers and brisket were superb! Good experience.
The burger is outstanding, and the brisket was perfectly juicy. The slaw on top adds a wonderful touch, and I also added some sliced avocados. I opted for Mexican street corn instead of fries, which I absolutely adore from this restaurant. It created a fantastic combination!
I recently had a disappointing visit to this restaurant. The food was among the worst I’ve encountered in a long time. The quesadillas were frustratingly small, with only one piece of chicken on top and hardly any filling inside. Overall, it was quite underwhelming.
The burger bites were dry and overcooked, so I had to throw them away along with the cold fries. The corn on the cob also ended up in the trash. The soup portion was quite small for a bowl. The queso was served cold, but the chips were good.

First time at Chili's. Food was amazing, service was more then 5 star's. 3 of us on my birthday the price for 3 meals was under $45. Will be going back and recommended it to others.
