Chili's Grill - Table reservation

Worst curbside experience I've ever had. We put the order in, right before our pickup window opened we parked told them we were there, gave our spot number and a description of our vehicle. We waited, and waited, and waited (which we were happy to do, figured with staff shortages everywhere it wasn't a big deal if it took a little longer than the app thought it would). Finally 25 minutes after our window for curbside delivery had closed I went in to find out what happened to the order. Got the seafood pasta bake. It was delicious. The shrimp was well cooked and seasoned. The crab was very slightly overcooked but nothing worth deducting stars over since it's meant to be eaten with the rest of the dish. The pasta was well cooked. Not overcooked and not under done. Our server was absolutely amazing. She checked on us regularly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The table was also very clean when we sat down which was nice. Overall I very much enjoyed my visit here as did my partner.

we had a great server. she was friendly and in the position to recommend a few things, but not pushy. I was not overly excited with what I ordered (it ended too spicy for me), but the others in our party were satisfied with their decisions.

chili is always a safe bet for standard food. it is not a good food, but at this point the service is good and the food was served its purpose.
