The Chili’s at Crownpoint is way better and has way better customer service. I don’t know why I was picked on at the Monroe location but I got treated better at the Crownpoint location. The friends that witnessed me get mistreated by the team lead after the waitress messed up my order and knows what happened said they will not be coming back either to this location. It literally ruined our whole day. I had a fantastic experience with a dear friend! The food was served hot and was absolutely delicious. We ordered steaks along with several other dishes. Tara, the manager, was wonderful to us and to all the other tables as well. We will definitely be returning for more!
