In the hotel, which was connected to the restaurant, it was about 9:30. We call for pick-up and they refused to serve us because they closed at 10 o'clock. We decided to get a table. The servers were all very rude that the kitchen is closed. (Stop, they're giving 10 o'clock closing time at the door. We are regular guests of the hotel and that would have been a 3rd visit to Chili and we met the GM in the past. I will file a complaint with Corporate HQ and talk to management tomorrow. After a very long day of travel and a family member funeral yesterday. I felt a bit pampered with a nice dinner and a few cocktails. The fact that they were so rude to refuse to even take an order is disgusting....
Restaurant is dirty. They tried to sit us at a table that had food on chairs. Moved to different table. Bathroom was dirty. They messed up our order then manager was rude about it and wasnt willing to fix the situation. We will never be back to this location ever again. Not even for carry out!
So, going wings is just chili 's and it's not good as at all. Not much sauce on everything and the boneless wings where worse than the bones in wings by far. Both are still unbearable. No taste to most, but this is an upgrade compared to those who have taste. I got better food at a carnival
Our waitress was great. They honored the situation that distanced themselves, and they were clean. The food was good and ribbed and my mouth. I had no rib that was made like that. Keep the good work back soon
