I really love this Chili's location. The food is always fresh and delicious. I usually order the steak that just melts in your mouth, but this time I tried the salmon with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli, and it was fantastic as always. The salmon had a light drizzle of lemon that gave it the perfect zing. My husband enjoyed the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, which he absolutely loves. This is our go-to spot, and we visit about once or twice a week. The staff is always friendly, service is fast, and the place is very clean! We usually sit near the bar so we can watch the TV up close. It’s definitely one of our favorite restaurants!
1/26/22 we joined our kids for dinner here. Set in table by window. Would agree that at 5:30pm service was prompt, but food was mediocre. I did not find restaurant dirty or smelly. I had beef nachos burnt. Not to say all their choices of food are bad just mine. For appetizer we had two orders of cheese balls I've never eaten these before and found them bland. Daughter in law said they had changed food vendor because taste was below par. Can't believe a national chain list this would allow their facility to fall into this type of disrepair.
Dining in may be a different experience, but ordering to go from here always fails. They undercook the chicken and the meat is still raw-safety issue. I love ordering the wings from Chili’s, but from this location, they never put any sauce on the wings. Just the bottom of the tray, and you have to dip all of the chicken into the sauce. I love chili’s but this location can do better!
I believe that the name of the lady waitress is Gabriela. Wowwww we was super exited in how she attended us. Super natural professional, she most live her job and when you love your job you are not working you are enjoying and doing what you love themost. From 1 to 10 she has 200 . Thanks to the guys in the kitchen, the food was great

Today, Southpoint location dropped the ball. Half filled bowl of chili for almost $7. It felt like taco bell meat mixed with tomato sauce, bad taste. Brisket quesadilla appetizer at $14 definitely not worth the price. You have more empty tortilla than anything. Toasted and Crunchy like a chip.
Poor service to say the least, and really lazy workers or not enough staff to clean tables! I watched a table not be cleaned off for 25 min. Also I’ve never had to wait so long to order, or to get food to come out!! Strongly do not recommend coming here to anyone!!!
The ribs were incredibly tender, practically falling off the bone. The service was excellent and my overall experience was great. Wheelchair accessibility: My aunt needed a wheelchair and I had to push her manually. They were able to accommodate us with a table.
This is how they brought out my texas cheese fries. It looks like it had been sitting on their counter it tasted dry and the cheese was hard.

The manager, Jim, is so nice and handsome. He's the best manager I have ever seen. Wow! I am blown away. 474839494 stars. Go Chili's!
Was way too dark, and the service was lacking. Food turned out ok but just had a burger.
