I received excellent service from the server during my visit. However, I encountered an issue with raw chicken wings, which is a serious concern. The manager admitted that this is a recurring problem but didn't appear particularly concerned about it. Additionally, the menu listed non-alcoholic beer, but it was not available. When I brought this up, the manager dismissed it as unimportant. Raw chicken is a major health risk and should be addressed immediately. It's also crucial for management to receive proper hospitality training. Every responsible bar that serves alcohol should offer non-alcoholic options, and failing to do so is both irresponsible and unethical.
Burger wasn't cooked evenly and the bun was stale. Classic margarita was good in the first class but the second one was remade and was not as good. Watered-down for sure. Server was great. She was aware of complaints but no manager came to follow up. I dont think that location will be open long it's definitely not what it use to be quality wise.Parking: Plenty of parking. Very slow for lunch
It's been a while since our last visit. The food was excellent, but we were disappointed that chips and salsa were no longer provided, as they used to be. We now have to join a club to get them, but since we're from Canada, it doesn't make sense for us to sign up—so no chips and salsa for us.
Establishment was filthy, the bathrooms were flat out disgusting.. steaks were improperly cooked, both extremely undercooked, broccoli smelled and tasted like fish, sweet tea tasted like dirty dish water.. horrid experience..

This is one of the best Chilli's I've been too. It's always clean, the management is great and the food is delicious. For servers ask for Candice and avoid Derek.
we had john b as our server and he was amazing! provided quick and kind service. definitely will request him next time we come in!
Great food, service a little slow, but that's ok, the food was good, drinks were just right and wait staff was very friendly.
The staff was excellent—very polite and attentive. We were seated right away. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious.
