Chili's Grill - Table reservation

However, on the final night, I ordered half a rack of ribs and was quite disappointed by their lack of flavor and sauce. One of the bartenders that night happened to be a manager, and he noticed my dissatisfaction. He graciously sent my ribs back to the kitchen and brought me a full rack, fresh out of the oven/grill, telling me there would be no charge. Now that’s what I call great customer service!

I visited for the first time and was blown away by the food. I ordered the double stack burger, and it was incredibly delicious! Our waitress, Juliana, provided excellent service and had a wonderful personality—she's definitely a valuable asset to the team. I can't wait to return for dinner, and I highly recommend this place. I've been to other chili grills before, but this one is by far the best!

I would advise against dining here if you have any allergies, as they don't seem to take them seriously. It took three attempts for them to get my meal right, and I still ended up feeling very sick afterward. Although the manager did come to apologize, that doesn't change the seriousness of the situation or their lack of consideration for allergies.

Staff was friendly, no wait and the food was excellent. There was also plenty of parking and it was really easy to order our food. First time there and will definitely be back.

The restaurant offers an exciting selection of spicy food and drinks. It has a fantastic atmosphere and a lively vibe.
