Extremely disappointed. My bacon avocado grilled chicken sandwich was completely burnt. When I told the waiter, he said he would reorder it. After 30 minutes, he returned and asked if I wanted a to-go box, then admitted he never placed a new order but would remove it from my bill before taking my plate away. There was no apology, just an attempt to rush me out. I ended up going to Chick-fil-A afterward. Both the service and food were terrible at this location.
The experience was excellent we have been eating at this Chili's for at least 15 years maybe longer. I have always been treated very well by the staff. The food is always wonderful. We had lunch with our granddaughter and her boyfriend. I remembertaking her to this same Chili's for ChiliMac when she was 6yrs now she is 22yrs and still loves Chili's.
Staff was friendly and very attentive. I ordered a burger and it was a good size and delicious. My two friends ordered bacon, chicken, cheese sandwiches and they were pretty good size. I was disappointed with the amount of fries I received; very small portion (size of small fries at McDonald's).
Very dry grilled chicken on the chicken sandwich, overly salty but otherwise bland salsa, chicken tortilla soup was mediocre at best. I did like the mashed potatoes, though. The place was clean, and the service was good if not particularly friendly. Better options are definitely available. Book a table now
Steaks were not cheap hammered and tasteless, mashed potatoes taste like out of a box, our corn was missing, and everything arrived cold. Potato soup tastes like the mashed potatoes with milk added. Ugly food IMO and not what Chilis used to me. I will not order here again
For years, I wasn’t a big fan of Chili’s. Recently, I gave it another try and really enjoyed their fajitas. It turns out their updated menu has several great options that the whole family can enjoy without breaking the bank. I’m glad I rediscovered them!
Amazing Chili’s experience. The margaritas were refreshing, the southwest egg rolls were hot and delicious, and every server was so friendly! You can’t beat the prices for delicious food and great service. We will be back!
Food is still pretty good although the menu has changed a lot. Service is a bit slow and the atmosphere isn't as great as it used to be. The restaurant is starting to feel pretty run down.. Book a table now
My wife and I sat at the bar and it was nice. Our service was good and all our food came out exactly how we ordered. Chillis food is affordable and good size. I would recommend it.
