I just ate at this chili 's the other day. We 've been several times without much of a problem... However, things seem to have changed. I ordered the $10.99 deal; chips and salsa, special sauce burger. I let the bartender know that i wanted the burger medium because well done burgers are just not my thing. However, when it came out, I cut it in half to see that it was well done, and there was about a quarter size dollop of grilled onions on it. I took a small bite to see if i could handle it overcooked, but that was a solid nope. After a bit of a wait, they brought out a burger, which the runner said brisket burger as she set it down. I am so impressed with my visit here. I visited a few weeks ago and 2 days in a row this week. The customer service is top notch! The food quality and presentation is great! The restaurant is meticulous. I’m here in the area for work and this chilis location exceeded my expectations!!! Good job!
I used to eat here. But between the lack in attention to detail and how the prices don't stop going up, I am pretty much done. It's not worth the money. The prices on the appetizers have gotten ridiculous. Check them out for yourself. I have money, just not paying stupid prices.
This Chilis has work to do! Steak over cooked, over priced and dropped on my table without a hello or goodbye! Had to ask for water. I’m sure there will be a tip expected, but why should I? Haven’t seen a waiter! lol

Everything was excellent even though they need more staff, the waiter takes orders and everything, one person for several tables, an example of 4 tables was the ones I looked at.
Service was friendly. It was cold inside the bar. I didn't eat, just visited with my friends. They seemed to enjoy everything.
Food was perfect. Bartender was very nice, went with the special so how can you beat the pricing. Will be back.
Stopped in for dinner after basketball and had a great time. The chips were very fresh and good!!
