The all around service at this location was subpar at best. Our waitress had a sort of attitude about her, didn't smile and generally seemed like she just didn't want to deal with customers that day. Our food: we kept it simple and ordered burgers, mine had brisket in it also but the patty was burnt, literally had a charcoal shell on the outside and my husbands food came out a whole 10 MINUTES AFTER mine, he also ordered a side bowl of chili which he couldn't even eat cause it was too hot. Our drinks: I ordered sweet tea and a cocktail, my tea was NOT sweet, it was bitter and it took forever for them to figure out how to make my cocktail since there was no bartender. We have frequented this establishment quite a few times since living on Bardstown Rd and typically have a decent experience. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was below average. I ordered a sirloin takeout meal, supposed to be cooked medium, when I got home I noticed that the top of the steak was burnt and when I cut it open I saw that the steak was cooked well done. Needless to say, I took a few bites and threw the rest away. If this is going to become a regular experience then I have better places to spend my money. Very disappointed that I chose this meal for my dinner and the main course wasn’t even eatable.
The hostess appeared to be tired. Didn't want to be there, she was slouched all over the hostess stand when we came throughthedoor. She finally sat us down at a table. No one ever came to take our order. We waited about fifteen minutes, then we decided to go somewhere else with better service. Service and food are the mainreasonsI stoppedcomingto this location. Louisville has TOO many restaurants to sit and wait to even be acknowledged.
Horrible service with 1 waitress and food was bad cold never got refills or napkins and asked for utensils multiple times before receiving

The molten lava cake was very rich. So, I ordered a hot coffee with it. g. I had a second scoop of ice cream with it.
It's hit or miss here. It can be a really great experience or a really mid experience. Staff turnover is high here.
