I found enough low(er)-carb items to choose from, even in the Express Lunch selections which were the best value, and everything looked freshly prepared. My friend's Create Your Own Fajita arrived sizzling, and the portion was generous, but she had to fill out a lengthy options card (like the ones they have on trains) which was a nuisance. My chili was a bit soupy and would have been better served in a cup with less liquid than in a big soup bowl. I was very conscious of the noise level and proximity of other diners, but for a quick casual business lunch, it's a predictable place that works at a reasonable price with no unpleasant surprises, and is easy to find and conveniently located. If you have kids I think this is a great place to take them. Our steak was cooked perfectly, portions and selections were very good, and our waitress was very good. BUT this is no restaruant for older folks, the noise level from all the children made it impossible to hear or communicate with our waitress, folks in the next booth were shouting to each other to hear what one another said. If you can stand the noise I would say give it a try, it probably speaks well of this restaurant that parents can afford to take the kids out to eat, prices are very good.
We have eaten inside the restaurant a few times, but it's a little loud for our infant son, so we now order take-out and we've yet to have a bad meal. The Awesome Blossom is exactly what the name implies...Awesome! We ask for it to be cooked very well done and it's always perfect. I've had the New York Strip Steak quite a few times and I have yet to be disappointed. I've also had the Tomato Basil Chicken Pasta which is also very good. If you want good food at the comfort of your own home, Chili's is a must!
