I went to Chili's hoping for a nice warm dinner and was really hoping to avoid a particular server I've had multiple times in the past, whose service was the worst I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, I ended up with her again, and it was the worst service yet. Our server was hardly present, only checking on us twice during our visit: once to take our order and again to bring out our food. She ignored us several times when we tried to get her attention for some extra seasoning, and by the time we finally reached her, our food was cold. This completely ruined our evening!
Our server took an unusually long time to take our order, prioritizing other tables that arrived after us. After she noticed my annoyed expression, she apologized and subsequently gave us better service. I ordered the chicken quesadilla salad, but it came with way too much sauce. I would definitely recommend asking for the sauce on the side. My daughter and I ordered two drinks, and the bartender, Julie, crafted them perfectly. I would definitely give her two thumbs up!
This is by far the worst chili's we have been to. I ordered the Cajun Pasta and let's just say the pasta was not cooked very well. I also noticed on other items we ordered that they obviously don't clean their fryer . This is our second visit here in agood amount of time in between visits. We thought maybe things would change after a few years and nope still the same terirbleservice and food. Never again!
The restaurant had a tidy atmosphere, and we arrived just before it got too busy and the staff had to juggle multiple tables. The food provided a classic chili experience. We did run into some problems with the kiosk during payment, but the staff quickly resolved it by restarting the machine. Be sure to sign up for the rewards program for discounts and freebies!

I typically order the Mexican rice that accompanies the Margarita Grilled Chicken, and it’s usually quite tasty. However, during my recent visit, the rice was clumped together, discolored, and greasy, which made it look stale.
My experience here was genuinely disappointing. I only ordered queso and a kids' pizza, but they didn't include any chips or salsa. This is simply unacceptable. I'm really frustrated—how can you get such basic items wrong?
Chili's Grill is an excellent dining spot. I'm very particular about how my steak is prepared, and it's usually hard to get it exactly how I want. However, the chef here consistently nails it. I have no complaints at all.
The service was excellent and the food was tasty. Our server, Lee, did a fantastic job. I don’t think I’ve ever had so many refills at a restaurant before. He was outstanding.

My mixed fajita arrived late due to the restaurant's delay, and the food was cold when it finally came. I also ordered extra tortillas but didn’t receive any.
