Last night, I ordered a quesadilla salad and a molten chocolate cake at the restaurant. I was very disappointed with the poor quality of the salad—the tortillas were stale, the chicken was rubbery, and the lettuce was wilted. The dish cost $14, and after discussing my experience with the manager, he only offered me a $10 gift card as compensation. I felt this was insufficient, as it didn't even cover the price of the salad. If this is the standard of customer service they maintain, I wouldn't be shocked if the restaurant ended up closing.
Despite being short-staffed, Chili's Grill delivered exceptional service, with our food arriving quickly and sizzling hot. We've visited twice in the past two weeks, and each time our servers were outstanding, always attentive and refilling our drinks without prompting. The restaurant was clean and offered a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re excited to come back soon and explore more of the menu!
Four of us arrived at Chili's Grill at 9:25 PM, only to be told by the server that the kitchen was closed, even though Google stated they were open until 10 PM. We are regular customers, but this experience felt both disappointing and unprofessional. After sharing our frustration, I asked for a couple of bags of chips to take with me, which they eventually gave us.
I will never dine here again. I'm not sure what happened to this location, but I should have walked out. Unfortunately, I didn’t. The restaurant smelled unclean, and when we sat down, our feet stuck to the floor. Looking around, the floors were extremely dirty—the entire place desperately needs a thorough cleaning. Filthy is the only word that comes to mind.
