The ribs were fantastic! I ordered potatoes and broccoli as sides, and they were also very good. The service was outstanding! However, there was one issue: the floor was extremely slippery, making it difficult to walk, and we nearly fell a few times. Josh, the evening manager, was informed about this and mentioned that it tends to happen when the weather is warm and the air conditioning is running. I'm not sure if it's the cleaning product they use or the AC that contributes to this problem.
The staff were delightful. We received complimentary chips and salsa when we downloaded the app, which was a nice touch. The chips and salsa were enjoyable. The Jameson Margarita was flavorful, but it was quite small, offering only a few sips. My chicken dish had the texture and taste of canned chicken, which was disappointing. The duck was also quite bland. However, my husband ordered the steak and potatoes and he found it to be tasty.
Chili's used to offer delicious, fresh peppers and onions that had a nice crunch. However, during my recent visit, the peppers and onions were chopped into a mushy mix. Additionally, the portion sizes for the toppings like cheese, tomatoes, and sour cream were only sufficient for one fajita. I'll definitely be supporting a smaller, locally-owned business in the future.
Andrew was absolutely fantastic! Despite having a few other tables to attend to, he never overlooked my party of five. His suggestions were spot on, and he took excellent care of us. The food arrived cold, and it was clear that it had been that way for a while since the cheese wasn't melted. It had a seafood smell, but unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant one. I hope the experience is better when ordering in-store because delivery felt like a waste of money.
Nobody wore masks. It was very busy soon after our arrival. The service was good, but they must have forgotten us because it needed two in our group to get water and lemonade. It was a long wait to pay our check. All in all, we had a very nice time and experience.
It was all delish and arrived quickly. Loved the amount of food and sauces they gave. Fries were a little soggy but thats to be expected with delivery so maybe choose a different side! Mac n cheese was really yummy.
