I come into this establishment, seeing the waiters and waitress running around as they our under staff. As someone who understands that, I did not mind waiting the 5 mins till someone saw me waiting to be sat. THEN out of no where, did I ever expect to see this. A gentleman who works there but was clearly off duty. Seemed like he was on a date or a meet up with someone. The waitress asked him to help seat people very quickly. Even tho he looked like he did not want to, he was a team player and still helped. That itself, was more then enough for me to actually leave a review. He had left before I could ask for his name to put into this.
My food was Luke warm there were bugs flying around. I sent my food back and decided not to eat it because of the bugs. It smelled like vomit in the area.There was no greeter or someone to seat you so we sat ourselves. The chili looked like burnedmeat with some tortillas thrown on top. And the takeout (which I didn?t eat) looked like half microwaved chicken nuggets withsome scarcely thrown in sauce. There was no organization at all. I starved rather than to attempt to fill myself with that food.I?m just nauseous from the whole experience I will never eat there again. Ever?. If I were able to rate a zero I would but it?snot an option.
I’ve been coming to this location for a while TODAY I received the best service at Chili’s from Erik M. Aside from him running around curbside, in the kitchen and at the to go station, he had it under control. He was fast, efficient and made sure I had everything in my order before giving me my bag. A friend ordered something last minute and barely had to wait long for his order. He deserves a praise and more! Thank you again for your great service Erik.
The waitress (Kiana) was on point she she made sure inhad everything I needed. if I could give ten star for customer service she would get it I had the QUESADILLA SALAD to my surprise it was very good it was a nice bite of delight thesequesadilla will be my go to meal.. Also had the the HONEY CHIPOTLE WINGS the were cooked to perfect nice and tender..almost felt like my uncle cooked them on the grill ar the family cookout.

Waited 30 minutes for a curb side pickup. I ended up just going into the restaurant to grab it. There was no one at the counter. I got home noticed items were missing from the order the ice cream was melted from sitting on top of hot food for 30 minutes.I attempted to call the restaurant 4 times no one answered. I would like a refund credit for this poor experience.
The service was horrible I had to send my food back twice because it was done wrong and the second time it looked like they just drizzled some more sauce on it. My waiter was running around like a headless chicken, the manager was giving me dirty looks because I sent the food back. The foods great but the service needs alot of work.
Got to table, host very pleasant, but after 30 minutes of being seated , and 4 trip to let the host about not getting any type of acknowledgment, no waiter or waitress . is not the 1st or 2nd time nor the 3rd that happened.....waiting for staff to serve your table at all Chili's is like their role model to do business.
Not a big fan of Chili's (food type of expensive), but the service that this server has provided, and the birthday song for/to my nephew and the fact that if I asked for the option that could fill me, and he gave me a good option really made my day.

We went to the place and the area looks very clean. The guy who took the order was very friendly. When we order, the food didn't take long to arrive. The food was very hot and delicious. Nice place to eat.
Went here for curbside to go and order was made timely and all items were correct and hot. Person bringing out the food was courteous too.
