I was truly impressed with my meal tonight. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I ordered the 10 oz sirloin from the 2 for $25 menu, and it was fantastic! I didn’t have high expectations for a sirloin (cooked medium), but whoever was in the kitchen tonight did an amazing job. Even without steak sauce, it was still delicious. While our food took a little while to arrive, they did manage to bring out our appetizer and my son's kid's meal quickly, which I really appreciated. They were out of steak sauce, lemonade, and strawberry purée, but it still turned out to be a wonderful experience.
salad was wilted ...and i mean the whole thing... the guac was hardly flavored...mac n cheese was dry... chips were either soggy af or just plain wet with oil... the water glass was dirty at the bottom... nasty place... never again the waitress bugs...atour table every 5 min... tempted .... her... how is everything do u need anything.... me yeah...10 min without seeing yourface... i mean really... we come to have good food and relax... we got bad food...bugging service and very upset... only nicething here was the decor
The environment was nice the food was good it was a celebration for a birthday party a big crowd they did handle it rather well I was impressed with that. Even when my food came I have certain allergies towards food and he noticed it before he give it to me and he took it back now that service. That's only reason they're getting a four-star because the chefs made a mistake otherwise I recommend it to family and friends it's a wonderful place to have a meal
Anyone walking in was completely ignored. The woman waiting with us had been waiting over a half hour to find someone to give her a bill. She had to go back into the kitchen to find anyone working. We understand it was the 4th and short staffed but no staff is unacceptable. We left and went to Applebee's where they were also short staffed but the waitress hustled to accommodate everyone.

I went in today with two of my coworkers, we sat at the bar top and let me tell you!!! If you get rosie, she's good! She had the whole bar side to herself and did very well. I'm a server so when I see a good server doing more than they should , I recognize! She even got us and people suiting across us conversating . Thank you Lancaster chilis!! We'll be back soon
Although they were busy, we were seated promptly. Their pricing options of $9.99, $10.99, and $11.99 are hard to beat. I enjoyed a cheeseburger with a salad as my appetizer, while my wife had a petite steak and soup. Fantastic deals and excellent service. We'll definitely be returning soon!
Fantastic service! I stopped by for a drink, and they generously offered complimentary chips. Brandon and Tony were very attentive, consistently checking in to ensure we were satisfied. It’s a lovely place!

Worst place ever. Waited over an hour for our food waitress didn't even care thay my food came with tomatoes and I am very allergic if I knew I would of said tables had dirty dishes all over them.
Disappointing... so much so that I think it's time for Chili's to invest in air fryers and let customers cook their own meals. We might as well just call it what it really is: a 7-Eleven.
