I've been visiting this particular branch for several years, and it used to be fantastic. Unfortunately, recent changes have resulted in numerous menu revisions—three times this year alone—and a noticeable decline in service quality. For instance, it often takes over 10 minutes for the hostess to acknowledge you, even when the restaurant isn't busy. Additionally, there have been delays in receiving food orders, and I once received a hot dish that was served cold. Despite raising these concerns with management, no improvements have been made. I drove 30 minutes to get to this restaurant because it states it closes at 10 PM. I arrived at 9:30, only to be told that they were no longer serving customers, even though there were still people dining inside. I had decided against going to another restaurant because I love this place and I was in the city for a stroll, so I chose to come here, knowing the food is usually good. However, the service was disappointing! They really need to update their hours to avoid wasting people's time and dinner plans!
Wow, the fajitas mix and match was the most generic meal I've ever had. The chicken resembled the one you get from Subway, the salsa tasted like it came from a can, and the pico de gallo was unappetizing. The sour cream was watered down, they used cheap green bell peppers, and the rice was all clumped together. I've never been this disappointed in my life. My 6-year-old daughter could have done a better job than that. What a letdown! It looked nothing like the picture they show online.

I would advise against visiting this Chili's. We waited over 15 minutes to be seated, despite the restaurant not being very crowded. The cleanliness of the place was concerning; the floors were sticky, the seats were torn, and the paint on the windows was peeling. Overall, the location looked run-down and in dire need of renovation. Our waitress appeared disinterested and impatient, making it clear she didn't want to be there. The only highlight of our visit was the chips and salsa.
It seems they are experiencing what most restaurants are experiencing. Understaffed. We stopped in on Monday (8/15) around 4pm. It was just the waitress and bar tender. You could tell the waitress had a rough day but she was amazing!! Over the topamazing!! I wish I knew her name, but she was awesome! Food was decent typical chilis food, but still good. We to Chili's San Bruno California for lunch on our anniversary, Valentine's Day. Marisa, our Server, was so sweet, kind accommodating. Food was delicious sizzling combo fajita with steak, shrimp, chicken, veggies, rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, tortillas, etc. Would go back recommend!
Very slow service due to shortage of staff, food was cold overcooked. We ordered 2 drinks of the same thing and only 1 had booze in it, the other was mixer? I usually like going to Chili's very much but this location was terrible.

Both dishes were delicious. The Southwestern Egg Rolls are one of my favorite appetizers at Chili's. My husband really liked his Mango Chicken, which came with street corn and loaded mashed potatoes. Thank you!
