All I can say is everyone that I have encountered are always pleasant, considerate, and very well trained. The best part is I have never seen an employee not be doing something! Also, as soon as you walk in through the door, all you see is smiles, even if they are busy as hell! When they tell you it's going to be a wait they apologize and then give an amount of time that you would have to but also give you an option to eat at the bar, if that is something you like to do! Plus the food has always been delicious and very reasonable! I highly recommend
The fajitas were fantastic, and the server was incredibly friendly and attentive. While the table was clean, the seats could have used a little more attention as they weren't as clean. The restaurant was not busy at all—there was only one other customer when we arrived—so I think they should have put more effort into maintaining the cleanliness of the seating area.
The restaurant wasn't too crowded, and the service we received was excellent! The food was outstanding, especially the new Nashville hot chicken crispy strips, which were fantastic!
Honestly you don't expect much at a chain restaurant, but my kids wanted to go. The staff was super friendly, prompt service, and surprisingly our food was all very good!

Monday lunch visit that made up for previous lousy experience. Sat in bar area and staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Food was quick and tasted great.
