Usually, if you've been to one Chili's, you've experienced them all. I was honestly surprised at the friendliness of our server (Connor, I think) because he was assigned a huge area and was also the bartender and host. But he was thriving and it was awesome. In his shoes I would have loved some help, but I hope he made from his tables that day.The food was also delicious. I get lunch from another location pretty often, and that same dish's quality can differ wildly depending on the day. This location was on point though. Finally, we had margaritas and they were really good. Mixed well and pleasantly strong for house margs.
I had to wait a long time to be seated, this location wouldn 't let me use the coupon in my email during lunch but that was NOT included in the list of exclusions AND I have used it with no problem at other locations. The server said him manager felt that using a free appetizer coupon with lunch was a double promotion .Finally, I needed to leave but the server took way too long to come back to check on me so I could ask for a to go box. I think that will be my last time at that location (Fossil Creek).
The service was top-notch, earning a solid five stars, but I have to admit that I'm no longer a fan of the food. It just doesn't have the same freshness and flavor that it used to. You can really tell when the food isn't prepared with care. I'm a huge fan of BBQ, but I've lost my desire to eat Chili's ribs, which is what they were once famous for. However, my girlfriend, who had never tried them before, loved the ribs.
The food was perfect! We were a party of 4. The mozzarella sticks! Wow!!! Huge! And delicious. The loaded potato soup was nice and creamy AND filling. The salad that came with the soup and salad lacked a bit of crispiness. The mix of greens in my side salad was nice but a bit limp. The appetizer we ordered was chips and queso. I loved the pay at the table on the Chili 's app very convenient. Overall, we will be back.

The chili was exactly what I needed! The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the restaurant was spotless. What more could you ask for? This place feels too good to be true, but they definitely know how to provide a satisfying meal. I'm giving it five stars!
We had a large group of 8 and we were seated shortly after we arrived. Food was good, service was adequate. Noise was very high, very hard to have a conversation without raising your voice which adds to the noise level.
Pretty good guiltless grill item. Flavorful cept rice not done all da way. Actually had coke zero too!!! Service was great and friendly...may nex time not on business I could critique the adult beverages
Fantastic food! I absolutely love their barbecue ribs and burgers, especially with the bacon. The atmosphere is great too!

Go here all the time with the family. Chips and salsa and then everyone can find something they like.
