My family and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times since moving to Mt. Dora, but there always seems to be an issue with our order. Today, they forgot to include the tortillas for the fajitas, the chicken looked unappetizing, and the chips were stale. It's unclear if the problem lies with the manager or the cook, but the service definitely needs improvement. After three negative experiences, we have decided to stop dining here. Despite limited options in Mt. Dora, we cannot continue to waste our money on subpar meals.
Was there Saturday afternoon with eight people service was great. But ships came out they were very greasy free baskets call ships all were greasy send them back got new ones the waitress was awesome when the food came out ordered two chicken fajitas and the portions were very small considering some other Chili's restaurants I have been at so I am not too happy with this restaurant the kitchen staff really don't care what kind of food they put out
The chili at this restaurant is standard, but there is room for improvement in the service. The staff appears to be on the younger side and lacks experience in customer service and attention to detail that can make a dining experience exceptional. We experienced a long wait for our food, and the appetizer was nothing special. Additionally, some of the shrimp on my wife's plate were overcooked. Overall, I would say the restaurant is just okay.
We've been to this location before and loved it. However, this time was horrible. Our waitress basically ignored us the entire night, we had to stop random food runners to help us. But the worst part was finding tin foil in our quesadilla. We sent it back to the kitchen but were pretty shocked when no management personnel came out to apologize for the incident. It was pretty unprofessional and we won't be coming back to this location.

We absolutely adore Chilis! The staff consistently puts in the effort to ensure our meals are not only delicious but also served promptly. My husband's go-to order is the Ultimate Smokehouse Combo with street roasted corn as his favorite side. His mom opted for the Cajun Pasta with a side of Caesar Salad, and I decided to try the new Ultimate Cajun Pasta. Another fantastic family dinner at Chilis!
I called ahead to inquire about the wait time for a table for two. The person on the phone said it would be 15-20 minutes. Upon our arrival just 6 minutes later, we were informed that the wait would actually be 45 minutes. It was frustrating to be given inaccurate information over the phone and then be met with attitude when questioning the discrepancy.
It's been a while since I've been home and visited Chili's. They no longer carry the burger that I normally get so I got the ranch' one and it was terrible. My brother-in-law got the same one. It's a double patty but the burgers were burnt. It was like eating asphalt. The service was great though.
