The food was delicious, but it no longer feels like authentic Brazilian cuisine. The mashed potatoes were runny and a bit cheesy, resembling a lighter version of South France's Pommes Aligot — definitely not Brazilian. The meats were heavily spiced, which is not typical for Brazilian dishes, and my 2-year-old couldn't handle the heat. The rice with vegetables was decent, but it didn't have the flavor of traditional Brazilian rice. The chocolate cake was tasty, yet again, it didn't align with Brazilian flavors. Shared the night at Chima with 8 friends. It was my boyfriend’s 31st birthday. Not only do they have phenomenal meat, but they also offer seafood unlike other places like FOGO. (Not bashing Fogo) but I personally like CHIMA better. The experience from the door to the check was A1 and the manager stopped over to see if everything was going good. She was awesome. We came here after our Christmas dinner, and they made sure we could order exactly what we wanted in whatever quantities we desired. They really take care of you here. Everything was excellent—steak, chicken, sausage, and more. A special shoutout to our waiter Mikey; he was fantastic, as was Jennifer, who also works here. Such wonderful people!
I am leaving this review purely for our server Fawad. I’ve worked in the service industry for 7 years and I can tell you he is really top notch. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our experience and was really on top of everything. Also the meat is delicious and the drinks are amazing too. How can you go wrong?

The lamb chops, fried sweet bananas, and polenta are absolutely delicious! The mashed potatoes are a bit inconsistent. It seems like I might be getting a different chef sometimes, as they’re usually great, but occasionally the mashed potatoes come out too watery, like soup! Despite that, it’s still definitely worth it!
The meal was wonderful and we had the best service from our waitress Samantha. We’ve been a couple times as a family and have never had as good as service as we had with Samantha! If you come definitely ask for her! Also the food is spectacular!
Lamb chops, mashed potatoes, plantin. Plantin was bad. I wouldnt order it again. I didnt enjoy the lamb either. I expected better.
