Shared the night at Chima with 8 friends. It was my boyfriend’s 31st birthday. Not only do they have phenomenal meat, but they also offer seafood unlike other places like FOGO. (Not bashing Fogo) but I personally like CHIMA better. The experience from the door to the check was A1 and the manager stopped over to see if everything was going good. She was awesome. I 'll start with the good: Very Nice Ambiance Now the Need Improvement The sides at the salad bar were bland We asked the server about dessert before we left and he never came back to us to take our order Our reservation was at 7, yet walk-ins were being seated before us til about 7:20pm
We came here from Christmas dinner and they let us know you can get what you want and how much you wanted they take care of you for sure. Everything was very good steak,chicken,sausage etc shout out to our waiter Mikey he was a great guy as was Jennifer who works here super nice people.
We spent a wonderful evening for a birthday. The atmosphere service and food quality were superior
