It?s not often that I write reviews of places but the experience I just had needs to be shared ?and shared again. Until tonight, I had never eaten in Chimchurri Chicken in Carle Place but it came super highly recommended by someone who knows good restaurants. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive and was perhaps the rudest restaurant experience I?ve ever had in my life. I entered the restaurant before 8:30 pm, pondered what to order for a few minutes and then ordered. My food was ready in about six or seven minutes, which was fine. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The person taking my order was extremely rude, shouting and rolling his eyes because he couldn't hear me over the loud music playing in the background. To make matters worse, water dripped from the AC unit and soaked me, but the staff just laughed and didn't seem to care at all. When I asked for napkins, the guy curtly told me to take them from the table. He didn't apologize, and there was no effort to clean up the puddle that formed, which could easily cause someone else to slip. It's hard to believe they would be so indifferent to their customers’ comfort and safety.
I don't want to leave a negative review because I would rate about 70% of my experiences here as excellent, though there are times when it doesn't quite meet expectations (which might be due to the staff on duty that day). However, what I received as "Israeli salad" was not up to par. The picture really says it all—there were large, unappetizing chunks, and it had an unpleasant smell. Please improve the Israeli salad. Also, I was denied a refund for it, by the way.
I had a fantastic lunch with two of my girlfriends. The restaurant is lovely, and our experience was superb. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. We enjoyed every bite, and the staff were incredibly friendly, providing excellent hospitality. We had a wonderful time, and I would highly recommend this place to everyone!

I placed an order at 6 PM on Friday. They took my money, confirmed my order, and sent me an email with an estimated delivery time. However, when I arrived, the store was closed. Why did they process my payment? Why did they accept my order? Why did they send me an estimated arrival email? Be cautious when ordering from this location.
This is my second visit, and unfortunately, the service has been quite disappointing. The staff were unfriendly, which creates a negative atmosphere. We ordered our food online and arrived on time, yet we still had to wait an hour for our meal. The chicken was decent, but not particularly remarkable. I definitely won’t be returning.
The food was good, but I noticed that some people were not wearing masks, even though there were signs requesting that they do so. One individual was holding a broken mask over their face while placing an order, and nobody asked them to put on a proper mask.
The restaurant was incredibly clean. We placed our order ahead of time, and everything was ready for us when we arrived. I double-checked, and everything was excellent. I would definitely return. The only issue was that the garlic fries were a bit too salty.

The food is always great. The fried as well grilled chicken are great. I had the fried on this visit. Always fresh. The sides if grilled veggies and corn were amazing as well. This location doesn't sell burgers but looking to having one at other location.
This place really knows how to prepare chicken. It may be a bit on the expensive side, but the flavors were amazing from the first bite to the last.
