We attempted to order milk tea with bubbles, but we were informed that they were sold out. However, while we were seated at our table eating our food, we saw a few people ordering milk tea with bubbles and receiving them. We approached the staff again to inquire about this discrepancy, but they insisted that it was still sold out. We were confused as to how it could be sold out when people were still able to order it.
This restaurant used to be one of my go-to spots. However, during my last takeout order, I decided to try the Mongolian beef. After the first bite, I immediately noticed that something was not right. It tasted more like sweet and sour sauce than Mongolian beef. As I continued eating, I came across a bite of beef that tasted spoiled. I am not sure if I will be returning to this restaurant in the future.
The food is delicious (I ordered hibachi chicken, egg drop soup, and an egg roll); being able to order from the website is really convenient, the prices are great, they read the notes and make your order just as requested, and the portions are enough to share or make another meal out of. It is also located right off of campus, so that is nice.
I am consistently let down by this restaurant. While their flavors can be good, there are other factors that detract from the overall experience. The rice is consistently undercooked, and while their vegetables are usually tasty, there is an excessive amount of onion included in the dish. I enjoy onion, but this is just too overwhelming. Good Asian restaurant located right by the Arkansas State University campus. They have typical Chinese-American food and also offer hibachi type fare as well. I had the lo mein and an egg roll during my visit and both were good. The service is nice and quick and it is easy to get in and out of during your visit.
The food is very good. I especially recommend their Mei fun lo mein. It’s so delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is nice and clean. It’s worth trying.
This is some of the best-tasting food in Jonesboro! And all for an affordable!! I really loved ordering from Chin-Chin. Everything was very delicious.
Egg rolls very hard and over cooked. Food not tasty. Chicken tough. Lady taking orders needs to learn good customer skills. Book a table now
