I'm sorry to see some of the negative reviews here as we have always had an excellent experience with China Capital. We have used them for years (we did some Bristol wide testing and decided this was the best Chinese takeaway! and their food is consistently delicious (especially their Malaysian satay sauce heaven! . We order fairly early most Fridays and it arrives within 45 minutes, with complementary prawn crackers, and the delivery team is always friendly and helpful. We've never had a bad dish from here and the portion sizes are generous, would 100% recommend! Today I ordered food from China Capital in Filton and the food was very unsatisfactory. The rice was sticky and tasted weird, the chicken curry also and the king Prawns in the chow mein were undercooked. When I called in to explain the customer service was atrocious, the guy behind the phone put the phone down on me rudely in the middle of my explanation and was completely defensive and would not allow me to complete my sentences when clearly explaining the matter of the food situation, showing zero customer service skills. I was very disappointed with experience and will not be supporting this business ever again.
I feel the pain of the people who have waited 2 hrs for their food this has happened to me in the past. I did not order for ages as I was so annoyed. However, it has definitely improved. Still love their food. Best malay satay curry, ever. Honey chicken is yummy. Beef curry fab not had bad food from them. I do order much earlier now to avoid any disappointment in the delay. Also, order direct from their website as they give you a discount for future orders. Now, I'm hungry for their food, again...
Fantastic food and excellent service. We ordered online and it was so easy- great choice on the menu and the staff are such lovely people. Gorgeous udon noodles and a huge portion, easily enough for 2 and the mixed starter was great value and perfect for sharing. The sesame prawn toast was absolutely incredible, the nicest we’ve ever tasted. Most of what we ordered was clearly made from scratch and you can really tell- fantastic food, highly recommend 5*

After arriving late kind lady unlock the door and prepared two dishes for me, which one of them was chicken curry. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews because it was one of the best ones that I’ve had in the area. Also the lady was very kind and polite. We’ve been trying to find a Chinese that’s good for a while as we used to go over to Ginger Spice which now is just got awful. We will be back again soon and I’m looking forward to it.
Tried these for the first time….. and it will be the last, ordered chips (like cardboard and hard), deep fried shredded beef (sauce not nice) and a duck Thai red curry (98% fat than duck) but the special rice was….. ok. Not worth the money at all, wouldn’t recommend to my worse enemy, must not eaten. Not ordering again from them….. ta da
Visiting Bristol from Dorset, decided to do an online delivered takeaway, glad we decided on this takeaway as food was simply delicious, delived on time, hot and very well prepared and presented, will most definitely have again. A big 10/10 from us. Well done China Capital
The staff were really lovely when ordering and collecting. The food was good quality, however, the peking duck was fatty/uncrispy and the sweet and sour chicken was soggy. I recommend the curry sauce. Altogether, I think that the food was overpriced.

Tried the fried chicken !! Wow really good and tasty with fantastic side dip great value for boneless thighs and strips , huge portion. Salt and pepper ribs were great value too with plenty of meat not overdone. Now I can’t move from the sofa
2 hours 15 minutes for food, called three times after the hour mark to be told it’s on the way will only be a couple of minutes
