My husband and I are quite picky about Chinese cuisine, and I must say that China's boss is the best! We love to give them our business. Staff and owners have great settings, and the food is delicious every time! We have tried several dishes there, but we tend to get chickens like mine, beef and vegetables, beef and broccoli and spring rolls.
I had the shrimp curry, shrimp with veggies, and mixed vegetable dish, all of which were excellent. It was great to see that the dishes contained a generous amount of real vegetables, not just a lot of shrimp and sauce. I wish I lived closer so I could try even more dishes from this restaurant.
When their prices became unaffordable, I completely stopped eating here. In the past, I'd go three or more times a month. Plus they cut their portions considerably so you're paying a lot more for a lot less. If they lowered their prices I'd visit often. Food and staff are great.
NOT always consistent for ordering menu items. They have run out of items at time. A few orders have been ok but several have been very good. They have improved a lot .. last two timesthey had what I ordered. The food is very good. Book a table now
Very good! Had the chicken curry... good portion size... with many fresh crabs and spicy! Nice staff... dining room was closed until April due to rebuilding, but taking off was quick and easy. Would go back when you stop the city.
Had the shrimp curry sharp, shrimp w/veggies and moshu veggies all excellent. Many if genuine veggies not only onions and lots of shrimps. Wished I lived closer so I could try more
I am always satisfied every time I visit this restaurant in Edgewood, New Mexico. It is my favorite place to eat and I am always happy with the food and service.

"The staff is very personal and welcoming. The food is delicious. I had the ginger pineapple chicken with rice and peas, cabbage tart. Hubby had the Rasta Pasta and really liked it. We're sorry we didn't find this place earlier."
