I will not be returning to this restaurant. My family has spent thousands here over the years, but we have experienced increasingly poor service and food quality. The owners are very rude, and the lo mein now has barely half an ounce of meat in it. When I asked for a credit for an overcharge, the owner refused to assist me, despite the American lady who answered the phone promising to resolve the issue. I will take my business elsewhere, where I feel valued as a customer. Good riddance to China Chen; you have been a great disappointment. I hope others notice these issues too. Overall, I enjoyed my takeout lunch. The food was flavorful and well-prepared, earning a solid 4 out of 5. The service was also commendable, with the staff being quick and friendly, which deserves another 4 out of 5. However, the atmosphere, while decent, wasn't particularly noteworthy, so I'll rate it a 3 out of 5. Overall, a satisfying experience!
I no longer order from here, i was in to pick up my order and one of the cooks stuck his fingers in a bowl that was for my order and ate pieces of rice that fell into the empty bowl from another order and then licked his fingers before tossing in the dumplings. Without a doubt, this is the best Chinese food I have ever experienced! The egg roll was incredible, the fried chicken was juicy and full of flavor, and the sweet and sour chicken was cooked to perfection. I'll gladly make the 20-minute drive every time we crave Chinese food because it’s definitely worth it!
