I ordered takeout from this restaurant on a Saturday around 6pm. I usually like my General Tso's chicken to have a crispy texture, but this dish was soggy and overly sauced. I asked for medium heat, but there was hardly any spice at all. The fried rice was bland and lacking ingredients like peas and carrots. The only positive was that the chicken portion was generous. Overall, I was disappointed with the food. I will be trying a different Chinese restaurant in the future. I am used to better quality Chinese food in Greensburg, and can only imagine what it is like in Pittsburgh. I strive to provide unbiased and honest reviews. Thank you for following along.
The restaurant currently only offers takeout or pickup options, and the food is excellent. The staff at the counter are very friendly and accommodating. The service is efficient for takeout orders. This is a great spot for a lunch meal, with prices ranging from $1 to $10 per person. The food quality is top-notch and I would highly recommend it.
i doordash from here every so often, and each time it's always fantastic and of good quality! my family isn't big on chinese food, but they really loved what they tried; i personally recommend the chicken curry or the barbecue ribs! their sweet donuts are also worth trying out.
I ordered the General Tso's chicken and it was nothing like it. It tasted more like Teriyaki Chicken. I was very disappointed with the dish. The meal was for dinner and cost $10–20 per person. The food was rated a 2, service a 5, and atmosphere a 4.

Best Chinese food around. I go to the buffet every Friday 11-2. It’s smaller than most, but the food is great and it’s only $7.50 for the buffet. I regularly order take out from the BeyondMenu app and the food is always good.
The service was ultra friendly. Food was all delicious. I got the very spicy general TSO chicken. It was spicy but I wouldn 't categorize it at very spicy. Nonetheless everything tasted great Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
This has been our family for over 10 years. The food is great, the employees do a great job, and we never had anything other than a good experience. Eat in or out, you can't be much better than China House!
