We had noticed a dip in the quality of food and level of service over the years, but gave it a go after the waiter showed us the price for the buffet. The quality of food was poor, while the staff showed no interest in re-filling the tubs with the 'expensive' dishes. We were left with mostly vegetables and various desserts. I've been to this place several times during my 5 days stay in Friedrichshafen during the 2015 Aero-Expo:The plates were American size and quite delicious. I also had the buffet during one of the evenings, and to be fair, it was quite rich for 14 EURO per person and they continuously add up the varieties that were getting low ( This included the more expensive items like sea food and duck dishes). I have to repeat, portions are American size, and are good to share with a company.Chinese are not known as the kindest people in the world, and both the German and Chinese staff in this restaurant were quite nice and kind to me.I defiantly would go there again.

first only another typical Chinese restaurant and not very exciting. on a second look they will realize that they offer authentic food that has nothing to do with food offered by westerners. After talking to people there, I found out they have a special menu for Chinese. what I'll ask for next time I'll visit.
besides the standard, the so-called Chinese food served in Europe, they also had authentic Chinese foods. I saw that on the menu outside, which made me go in to try. the friendly lady served me that they also have a Chinese menu for Chinese guests. I'll ask you about that next time.

Chinarestaurant Panda is Typical Chineese restaurant and the variety of food is wide. You can enjoy food and desert and the atmosphere is very good too.
