What an unexpected and nice surprise this place was. I read the reviews and expected it would be decent. What I didn’t expect was that it would actually be really good. I’ve tried so many places all around NoVa (some in FFX and west of Fairfax county) and into WV and none of them match the quality of food Chinatown serves. I wish it was closer to home because it would be my go to. But for now on, whenever I’m in Winchester I will make a point to pick some food up to bring home. Service was a little slow for my table, but the server made up for it everywhere else. Pleasant atmosphere inside as well very 2022. Can’t wait to try again.
it was a very cold day (19.) most restaurants had a challenge to keep it customers warm and well fed. while chinatown struggled together to keep the customers warm with much big hot tee, it is eating was delicious. it is good over other Chinese restaurants in winchester and its price competitive. the outside needs a better lure appeal, but the interior is clean and personal welcome. I'm back.
I really enjoy eating at the Chinatown Restaurant when I'm visiting Winchester. Consistently quality food and service. Excellent bar and wine selection. The food tastes authentic and is really enjoyable. A definite yes.
I have ordered many food items from Chinatown and they have not disappointed me. Food is never cold, it's always tasty, never greasy or oily. They are just good at what they do. Keep up the good work guys.
