I'm a frequent visitor. I go there because there is a wide range of breakfasts and lunchtime meals, all of very good quality.I recommend the half-house for breakfast and chilli con carne, with cheese on top for lunch. However, I'm on a diet and they will prepare foods in any practical way you want. The takeaway sandwiches are prepared in front of you. I sometimes have breakfast and they can prepare something for me to take for lunch.The staff are all very friendly, but not to the point where it become intrusive. There is a choice of teas and the coffee which is at the better end of the range.There is seating outside on warm sunny days and a large bay window to sit in when it's colder.Parking...
I have been to Chinos twice now. They do a large variety of fresh fillings for baguettes, paninis, ciabattas and standard bread. I have to say the service is spot on, the food tastes really good. Everything is very fresh. The cafe has a nice friendly feel to it. They also do pastas and soups but I haven't tried them. Really good reasonable prices as well. Will definitely be coming back for more lunches.
My first visit in a few years and reassuring to see it had not changed. Fantastic service, and so much choice. I had to force myself to come to a quick decision on what to order or else I would have spent too long looking at everything on the menu. I enjoyed a prawn and avocado sandwich, cup of tea and a caramel slice. Can't wait to be passing by again for an excuse to come back.
Today, my partner, our 1-year-old son, and I visited the cafe. We ordered two full breakfasts for ourselves and toast with scrambled eggs for our son. The staff were very welcoming and lovely, and we all enjoyed our meals and coffee. We will definitely be returning to this cafe in the future.

Go there hungry. My Eggs Benedict came with five slices of bacon. The husband's breakfast was HUGE. Staff are great. Coffee is very good. Large menu. I wish there soft drinks other than those from Coca Cola or Nestle, but they seem to infiltrate everywhere.
Lovely food, great portion sizes. The owner Bridgette and her chef, Elvis, are fantastic, very friendly, helpful and very accommodating if you want to change anything to suit your diet. Can’t recommend this place enough!
We are regulars at Chinos Cafe. Every time we visit we receive a friendly welcome, and the food is good quality and tasty. It never disappoints as it is consistently good! Can't wait to go back!
